The Future of Boards

In the wake of the latest social protests stemming from police brutality and racial injustice against Black people, the Black100 has issued a call to action. To combat four centuries of systemic racism that rots the core of our public and private institutions, our organization is taking a stand against implicit bias and inequality in access to open board seats.
The Black100 builds a pipeline of talented Black professionals and provides board-readiness training to achieve the goal of placing 100 Black directors on corporate boards by the end of 2022.
